4) Sodhi & Co is able to sell the property to someone else if the property has not been EXCHANGED OF CONTRACTS within the Agreed period of time given to you or if they feel the vendor is being messed around..

6) If a BUYERS FEE is payable, it will only be payable through Bank Payment Services, we DO NOT accept any other sort of payment methods.
